The City of Park Rapids, Minnesota asked Vetter Johnson Architects to study ways in which they could improve efficiencies and security within their existing 2,600 s.f. City Hall building. With careful consideration to cost, minimal modifications to existing interior walls were proposed to improve workflow.  Moving the vestibule from inside to out was proposed to provide a larger lobby and to offer a fresh look and presence within the downtown.
