Completed in late 2012, this project facilitates the consolidation of Social Services staff in a shelled space above Hubbard County’s new jail.  Of importance was the need to provide separation and a level of security between public and staff areas, which was facilitated by the location of a cluster of staff/client interview rooms and a series of card access doors.
